Here we are in our new home:
Talon was obviously thinking Brody needed a hat and that his snack bowl would do the trick. It's almost as funny as when he puts his sunglasses on Brody.
Talon wanted to get in on the action while mommy was cleaning. Actually, he just thought being on the stepladder looked like fun, so he got to play with some frig magnets.
Much to his surprise, Talon found a kiddie slide left in the backyard. Wheeee!
He quickly learned that slides are even more fun to jump off.
Here's a video of Talon in action:
Talon's been into playing dress-up lately. This is his latest ensemble - Terry's childhood football helmet, his new Ironman glasses from a Burger King kid's meal, and mommy's tennis shoes. (Makes me wonder why we even buy toys??)
Still donning his outfit the next day, only this time he was pushing this office chair around the house and making "vroom" noises. He decided to make a pit stop for a few minutes of "Hi-5" (one of his favorite sing-along shows). I'm thinking he looks like some kind of superhero, but haven't come up with a good name for him yet. Any suggestions?
And then again the following day, Talon decided this empty box would make a better pretend car. For some reason though, he rows his arms in circles as he says Vroom! Vroom! So, perhaps this is his boat and not his car.
And here are just some pictures of our house:
Living room and fireplace, which gives Terry visions of a cozy Christmas season with a crackling fire.
Other side of the living room. The patio doors lead to the backyard.
View from the living room.
Kitchen.
Front room facing the street, or as the cable guy called it, The Fun Room!
Dining area which is off the front room and opposite the back wall of the kitchen.
Our little backyard haven.
Opposite view of the backyard with our little outdoor fire pit. (You might be able to see that the fire pit is currently tied shut with string because Talon figured out how to open it and seemed to think he should be able to fit inside. :-)
So, there you have it - our new digs!

Luv ya Lots!
Miranda
Thanks, Miranda! I like those names!
Hiya. Glad the three of you are enjoying your new home. I can see Talon is becoming quite the character. How about "T-man" for his superhero nickname? I'm so jealous of your firepit. We need to come visit and help break it in (actually maybe Talon can handle that all by himself). Take care. Love, Stacie
